My son just saw them in Columbia MD a couple of months ago, said the show was awesome, had Lamb of God
Amon Amarth, and Cannibal Corpse opening.
It's been 20 years since I've seen Slayer. Seen Primus more times than I can count. Seen Ministry a couple of times, and saw Pantera twice too. Would be interested to hear him doing Vulgar Display in its entirety tho.

Took my son to see Slayer earlier in the summer, total sausage fest.

My wife bought us 2 Country Megatickets. Not a huge fan but I didn't want her taking the train to Camden alone, and lots of "scenery" at these shows.

At the Luke Bryant show I had to use a wheelchair due to the fact that my foot was splinted from Achillies injury, and I received 5 or 6 lap dances from random women walking by.

The WXTU anniversiary show was sparsely attended and we got upgraded to 10th row from the lawn,

Florida Georgia line was a complete shit show, sold out and packed with scantily clad drunk women.

Going to catch ZZ Top and Cheap Trick, also Skynrd in aug. I think that is it unless my wife drags me to another country show.

Just got back from The Raconteurs at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Ball and chain and both kids went as well. Including ferries, gas, meals, easily a $1300 event.

Great band, awesome show, awesome venue.

Saw Iron Maiden last night on Bristow, huge crowd, amazing concert. They went all out of visuals, etc and sound even better live than they do on CDs, etc. I highly recommend going to see them if you get a chance.

Opening act The Raven Age was pretty good also, lead guitarist is George Harris, son of Steve Harris (bassist for Iron Maiden).
Below is from the opening of the North American leg in Florida a few days ago:

I might have to nab a ticket for Lagwagon in October. New album in October and they're playing in Brooklyn and Sayreville. The Sayreville show is the day before I see Amon Amarth/At The Gates/Arch Enemy.

I saw him last year as well as Jack White.

I want to see him with The Dead Weather too.

He makes me think of Neil Young.

He has many different bands. Many different sounds and he too will be playing music and touring as long as possible.

Melvins fer 25 bucks.

Can't fucking beat it.

Seeing the Raconteurs cost me upwards of $1000.

Tickets weren't too bad, $say $200 for 4 (me, ball and chain, son and daughter).

Ferries and gas were ~$250 in total.

Pre-concert eat up/drink up at the Shark Club ~$375.

More beers at concert - $80??

Chicken and waffle breakfast the next AM, $135 including mimosas...

Plus assorted little expenditures. Fortunately my "special herbal carrot cake" was free....

Go big or go home I say....
