Correcting BK on the daily
Well that’s gonna be about 10 million per game. Since he won’t make it past week 12 and retire from football with another injury.
Aww he still has an ouch from two seasons ago. Winning the last super bowl wasn't even enough to heal it. Poor guy.
It's all fun and games until Dak gets 35M a yearIt's a hater's Woodstock up in here! We'll see who has the last laugh on this contract. Philly just set the floor for the young QBs. They will only try to get more now.

A four year extension off of a 4 year rookie yet this ties him up for 9 years total?
Since when does 4 + 4 = 9?
Something is amiss here.
Smart move by the Eagles.
Yes what Wentz had done this far in no way has justified this contract. But if you are smart, you hand out contracts on what the player will do...not on what a player has done. And Wentz will earn this deal. If you are making a list of players most likely to be a top 10 player in this league over the next 5-6 years, even the haters here would have a hell of time not listing Wentz pretty damn early.
Also a good risk IMO based on where the NFL is at right now. Getting a young QB locked down now before the new CBA is agreed to could turn out to be a major, major savings.
