It will be interesting to see which team wins the 'Zion Sweepstakes' tonight.

I'm hoping for the Hornets just so Jordan has to take him #1 in the Draft

What's funny is that Zion has never been to New Orleans in his life and he still might not go there until he plays against them. There will be a lot of wheeling and dealing going on behind the scenes until the draft takes place on June 20th.

You are correct and I was pissed too. Like I said, Zion might still go to another team with all of the wheeling and dealing going on behind the scenes before draft day arrives.

Hey Buddy, I'm glad you corrected yourself in the same sentence. Duke and Kentucky are just amateur stepping stones for one and done players on their way to a big payday.

Yeah I really hate the one and done crap! Especially when coaches get evaluated the way they do. Hell how can you truly tell how good a coach is when they are changing their line-up every year.

Great Point! I remember a Coach K interview several years ago when one and done players just started being the THING. He said "If we are going to compete we've got to try to recruit these players knowing that we will only have them for one season."

The NBA is to blame for a lot of this in my opinion since they changed their rule about age. None of these one and done players have any dedicated desire to go to any college to actually learn anything concerning education in a classroom and all they are doing is taking a classroom seat away from another student without athletic ability who would actually like to be sitting in that seat to learn something. I know, I'm ranting but I feel strongly about this. Check the records and you will find that very few players who stay in college for two, or even three, years who vault to the NBA end up ever getting a college degree. As a nation our priorities are way out of order. My sermon is over and aren't you glad?

Projected starting WR Sophomore Jake Bobo out indefinitely after fracturing his clavicle in practice.

What's next, Deon Jackson jr being out 8 weeks from slipping on a banana peel?

Two years ago Duke led the nation in surgeries, and this seems to be systemic to both the basketball and football programs annually which Duke can ill afford

Let's hope too many crutches won't be necessary for the walking wounded after Duke plays a very physical Alabama team.

They have a bunch of injuries too I've read! I just hope for no major injuries from this game!
