You miss a lot of stuff.

Looks like Dak is also an AMVP

Why Dak Prescott is the NFL's MVP

Let’s begin with the obvious. After Tony Romo went down in the preseason, it looked like another lost season for the Cowboys. As a fourth-round pick, rookie Prescott stepped in seamlessly and has led the Cowboys to an NFL-best 10-1 record, including a single-season franchise-record 10 straight wins heading into Thursday’s matchup with Minnesota

The 22 TD 3400 yard MVP. Uh huhh. He wasn’t even the real rookie of the year. It was Zeke. That’s an average of 200 yards and 1.25 TDs a game.

Ya know what I find funny? That @PhoenixEagles1 is on a thread talking about how great eagles fans are when he himself thinks the OP is not a real eagles fan because he’s not from Philly

Dude he lived in Philly and is a Steelers fan and he’s trying to say Philly fans are bandwagon fans and turn on their team so quick people posted “Get out losers” when they lost the SB which you and I know is complete nonsense.

You want to say Wentz is better than Watson because of his MVP type season (one season)
When Watson was on fire before falling to injury as well. If he doesnt get injured he could have been on pace for an MVP type season. Yet you ignore this about other players & only account for it when it is your precious Wentz.
I find "that" funny :heh:

Watson can ball. He is a special talent but I’m taking Wentz over him. My young gun rankings are
1. Mahomes
2. Wentz
3. Watson
4. Goff
5. Dak

I like how you ALWAYS put that little caveat in when you speak of Wentz. He had a promising rookie season, he exploded on the scene year two yet only had a good season year 3 coming back from two torn ligaments and a back injury. “He May very well turn out better”. That’s your insurance because you know he’s a special QB and can do things Dak simply isn’t capable of... and that’s no knock on Dak cause he’s a good QB. Dak just will never be a MVP type.

Thank you. PDay does the same thing... “Wentz very well could be amazing”. Have to stick that in their for when Wentz returns and they can say, “I said Wentz very well could be a MVP” yada yada...

He obviously has to overcome the injury issue but the kid got game.

if you're worried about a Cowboys fan saying "I told you so" when Carson wins Super Bowl MVP next year, I think you worry too much.

sounds like you just dont like logic.
In fact if you were saying those things not many people would give you shit.
but you have to think in absolutes, but realistically you are doing the same thing but opposite.
You are saying he is great but if Injuries sidetrack him....... excuse why he wont be great.
Everyone understands he has a high ceiling. Which is why he was taken 2nd pick overall. but at the moment (as in the last time he played) He is not even top 5 probably not top ten but you claim only one guy above him LOL
He wasnt winning games for his team. Had an extreme amount of dropped INTs. Not leading his team back to victory. You know. All the things that make people think of a great QB. he was not. Your rebuttal to all of that is did you check out his passer rating! Honestly I think you should use PDays way of thinking on this. it's more accurate.

I don’t know if Watson really was better then an injured Wentz last year either. Wentz was on pace to have about 400 more yards, 8 more TDs. I really do like Watson though. He could be a very good QB for a while.

It’s finny to me that you see those two messages the way you do. I see them differently. I do NOT seem them as “caveats” but rather an acknowledgement that they believe Wentz has POTENTIAL but that he hasn’t yet realized that potential. I actually see it as a more rational position than you or even I take. You think Wentz is “phenomenal and a superstar”. I believe that he will never be those things because his one good season was exposed as the result of him being surrounded by a talented bunch that won without him.

Wrong

Dak "literally" won the Rookie of the Year that year...besting Zeke and Wentz.

BooM, dumbass.

it mentions one of the most impressive rookie campaigns in NFL history.
Which means in PE1 speak. Who cares, big deal, it doesnt matter.

Funny how he is talking trash about 23 TDs the rookie record at the time was 26.
Manning was 26 TDs 28 INTs
Mayfield who broke it 27 TDs 13 INTs
Stupid avg QB Dak only had 23 TDs 4 INTs. PE1 says this is nothing special

7573.png

but this is what PE1 calls a promising Rookie year.
Wentz 3782 yds 16 TDs 14 INTs 79.3 rating - BTW - The glaring weakness in his game was his response to pressure. According to Pro Football Focus, Wentz had a 32.8 passer rating when under pressure, third-lowest in the league.
Prescott 3667 yds 23 TDs 4 INTs 104.9 rating

But PE1 spins it. Dak wasnt anything special & Wentz had a promising rookie year.
Wentz had 607 attempts (close to 150 more than Dak) & gained 100+ yds & a lot less TDs
