Honestly I don't see what the whole uproar is?
Big deal he (McNabb) goes on the radio and says " if they don't make it to the title game in the next two years they should move on at QB!"

It's the way he says things and the reason behind them that is the issue imo. As for the content of his comment, I agree. Wentz has to prove he can stay on the field and so far that hasn't happened. I would most certainly support drafting a QB this year if they felt a solid player fell into their lap.

Yeah I don't understand the whole former QB's throwing the current QB's under the bus.
I mean they know the fans are tough as hell, it's almost like a hazing move.....

To be fair, the man did make a correct statement though!
I'm not sticking up for him and praising his approach about saying it,

But reality is pretty much written on the wall, If Wentz doesn't get it done in the next two years there will be more then a guy that threw the ball into the ground way to much bitching about Wentz!

Fuck McNabb. He is the biggest choker in Eagles history. This is coming from a guy who has defended him for years and finally had to admit that McNabb would never take the Eagles over the top.

If the argument was Wentz health I could see the comments but that is not even remotely what he meant. He was clear in saying that if Wentz did not get the Eagles to the NFCGG game in the next 2 years they should move on from him.

If Wentz misses significant time because of injury you have to consider moving on but that is not what McNabb meant.

Health wise, dude needs to relax and recoup. I still think there shouldn't of been a push to get him back on the field so quickly last year. Hell even Nicked looked like crap to start the season.....

I honestly believe in the kid , ( Wentz) talent. He can drop that ball anywhere he wants to on a field,
now it's all up to him and in his head.....

Well he's gonna have to make his own "statue" then....
It sucks for the kid, he was a serious tear before the injury and it could've been a record setting 2nd year for a player.
But now he's got a real serious shot of proving the doubters wrong and claiming his own trophies
