The Ravens cut him. The Browns gave him a chance and nobody else wanted him. Now they sign him to a one year deal after getting no offers or at least better offers. Now he wants to go? He can leave just Barr did to the Jets but this is a team that gave you a chance and he would be the #3 or #4

Not true. Players can resign with their 2018 team during this period. Which I believe is what happened between Perriman & the Browns. The contract was signed just a few hours before the OBJ trade.

Certainly possible IMO. Chiefs have a defense problem, NE can’t keep winning forever....can they? The Browns have a shot.

It's difficult to incorporate a lot of new players in year 1.

I think they'll win AFC North and get into the playoffs. A win in the postseason should be seen as nice.

Year 2 is when I think they take a serious leap forward if year 1 goes well.
