Fins may have kept him if cheaper although he has to stay at RT don't expect more. A little injury prone too. Either way the Fins have a major need on the oline now...

I cannot believe that CJ Mosley is getting 17M per year.

the Jets just spent insane amounts of money for 2 linebackers- Mosley and Barr- and neither one of them are pass rush guys. Both are basically inside guys.

Paying 2 inside linebackers a combined over 30M a year is just so stupid- but hey- J E T S

and not even OLB that rush the passer--- INSIDE linebackers- one of the most devalued positions in the league

im not saying ILB is not important- but on the scale of importance its way behind QB, LT, DE, OLB, CB, WR......

if its a reasonable deal, which i think it will be, its a nice signing. Precisely what they needed- a solid, not crazily paid DT to help out ogunjobi in the middle.

Vernon and Richardsdon should be nice additions to the defense.

To be fair, Barr was a fantastic pass-rusher coming out of college. Minnesota basically played him out of position. He's going to be good at pressuring the QB as long as he hasn't lost the instinct for it.
