When the Cubs sold off all their talent and lost 100 games for a couple of years, despite having deep pockets, nothing but crickets.

When Houston sold off their team and lost 100 games for a few seasons, despite having much deeper pockets than the Marlins.......Crickets.

The Marlins who gave Stanton an insane contract and lost their only good pitcher to a boating accident before Jeter got there and they have to sell off to remain solvent and get rid of that ridiculous contract and all of a sudden it's an issue.

He hasn't done a good job IMO but he took over a complete shit show with no pitching what so ever.

That being said, I think they should make sure the people in the park have a good time. I'm sure both Marlins fans would appreciate it as would the rest of the people there rooting for the other team.
