I will point out he was closest to correctly predicting last year’s win total and, if I remember correctly, he was optimistic compared to the actual.

So even his dour outlook was outdone by FZ.

When we had Bonds, I remembered thinking that 90 wins was disappointing considering that fact that we had the greatest player in the game. Obviously, I always expected too much when I was young. I'm never going to fully get over 2002.

Dude! I flew from MPLS to Anaheim for Game 6...the single most awful sporting event in my LIFE.

(I bought tickets to both game 6 and game 7 -- I take full responsibility for the failure. I left back to MPLS after Game 6....it still hurts).
