Any chance Tobias Harris has even half of the shitty attitude everyone says Embiid and Butler have? Any? Please?

Raptors need a splash today. Go get em Masai.

Wow.

@Mecca surprised the Clips did this, but great long term trade for them.

Also, LOL @WiggyRuss. When you are wrong, you are spectacularly wrong.

Don't have time to look at contract details as I am getting ready for work, but this deal looks a lot like rental Tobias Harris for Landret Shamet, 2 1sts, 2 2nds and some salary filler on either side.

Absolutely hilarious.

So which is it? Is Harris THAT much better than Love, or are you just totally wrong about picks for rentals? Because if Harris returns that much, Love gets 2 firsts.

#livinginthepast

Eventually you will realize your win percentage in these debates against me is shockingly low.
I absolutely LOVE this for Philly.

They are going to be scary good.

Congrats Philly Fans.

I have to say I'm shocked the Clippers dealt Tobias and not Gallo.

But, I guess the writing was on the wall when he turned down their extension.

Clippers were in purgatory. So, they needed to Shit or get off the pot.

They decided to just get rid of the toilet, I guess....lol

No.

He is a awesome guy.

Philly got a good player and a even better person.

I love this kid.

It sucks, @Mecca .... but like you said... anything is better than purgatory.

Sixers look fye, as my high school students would say.

It's an interesting move for Philly... Harris is a player...

Last season, Boston took advantage of the '6ers weakness at the wing position in the playoffs. Now, of course, the '6ers have Butler and Harris.

They got a good club, for sure. We'll see how the blend works... but looks strong on paper.
Wilson Chandler was a stop gap.

Plus, he's injured.

Tobias is a full-time, long-term legit starter.

Let's just wrap our minds around the fact that the 76ers replaced Saric and Covington with Tobias Harris and Jimmy Butler.....Lmfao

Seriously, who's the 4th option?

They are going to be terrifying.

Yeah.

The Clippers needed to either be a bona fide playoff team or a dumpster fire.

Yet, we were stuck in the middle.

Looks like we are going dumpster diving.

Sixers are now unstoppable in the open court... size and ability everywhere.

They still got a weak link in their half court offense... the best teams can game plan around Simmons' total lack of a shot... that'll be more a playoffs issue.

Defense in Philly got better, too... Shamet was a weak link, and Mike Scott is actually a perfectly good 3+D guy in spurts for them.

They were saying the Sixers were wanting to take advantage of Simmons being on the rookie deal and re-sign both Harris and Butler. Which makes for a pricey roster of course.
They are going to have 3 max deals come summer or someone will leave.

There are a few Teams out there that will throw the max at Tobias.

Yep.

Scott gives them good depth.

I really like what Philly has done.

Helps keep the 1st rounder this year, and they just added some future 1sts. Shamet has some upside offensively.

Gonna miss my Boban.

But, I'm officially rooting for you to make the playoffs now.

Westbrook with 16, 16 and 15. For those who didn’t think he was capable of making this transformation you are missing out. This is a beautiful thing to watch.

A big part of this "transformation" has been a decline in shooting percentage. It's not like he's suddenly become an efficient pass-first PG. 7 turnovers last night too. Don't get me wrong, he's still an elite talent. It just hasn't been an about-face in approach that some might suggest.

Yeah....

We were going nowhere fast.

So, I'm glad the Tobi and Bobi show gets to live on and that they went someplace they can win.

You know we inadvertently help the Lakers too?

We cede any hope of the playoffs while simultaneously reducing the Celtics assets in a Davis trade.

Isn't the guy they traded supposed to be a good shooter?

Will be eventually, but he's a raw rookie with sporadic minutes. He's currently shooting .333/.318/.600.

That said, I liked Svi and hate to see him go. Bullock better ball out. Still, only cost them essentially 2 2nds (Svi was a 2nd rounder this past draft). Approx 40% career from 3.

...or the Kings, given the mess these AD trade offers are apparently making of the Lakers' young core psychologically. What a mess of a game last night, glad it wasn't televised nationally.

I feel like they could use a guy like Wesley Matthews to round them out at the 2 and that's a viable challenge in the West. Tall order to beat the W's but if Houston could throw the ball in the ocean in game 7 last year......
Lou Williams.

All they need is Lou.
