And as I have said many times, the Cavs will get assets if they take back other bad contracts. But my guess is that you and Wiggy will ignore that part when the actual trade goes down.

You know, like a Dlo and Mozgov for Brook Lopez type deal. Obviously not a perfect comparison because of the fact Brolo only had 1 year, but still.

a terrible contract only matters if it takes you past when you want to have cap space. Cavs might take a bad contract to get what they want as long as it is off the books to later than 2 years after this one. Luckily, they have an owner who will spend to make this type of deal.

I would add this bad defender thing gets a little overblown. Barkley and Malone though defense was a rumor.

But, he was 50% coach 50% Therapist.

His greatest strength was not X's and O's.
