I have a feeling we play them a good game. Would help to get David Irving back. Push up the middle is the key to slowing down Brees

I've noted often that Garrett is especially skilled at addressing emotional and psychological issues. None of those, however, can ever be a replacement for play calling and in game adjustments.

Garrett would make a perfect team psychiatrist. His position as HC is questionable, at best.

I made a prediction earlier in the preseason that this team would quit on him by the bye week. I was wrong on that assessment. They've actually played better since the bye. I hope I continue to be wrong as the rest of the season unfolds, especially this Thursday.

Maybe Garrett needs to fire Linehan, hire a young new idea OC, and hand all offensive duties over to him.

interesting thought.....first concern might be if he does good as an NFL OC.....would Jerry replace Garrett with Kingsbury 3 to 5 years down the road. Very likely if Jerry remains upright. Kliff IMO is not a head coach but OC is a little different but the jerry factor is a little troubling.

as for red....I've switched from being pro Garrett to the bad outweighs the good and it's worth a roll of the dice to see where jerry goes...BUT....that ain't happening this year. Jason continues to get this team to play hard for the overall team concept of winning football games. That's valuable in today's NFL and I think jerry figured that much out with Campo and Bum's Kid.

In all honesty I think this team has the talent to win on both sides of the ball but the game plan and plays called have to be a concern to all involved. Keep Garrett as HC, but need to find an OC with new ideas. Let the OC call the offensive plays and Garrett an just stand on the sidelines clapping to his hearts content.

After last night game the cowboys would probably need to lose out for Garrett to be fired. and I don't think that happens now .something happened last night that I have not seen from a cowboys defense since the mid 90s. They played 60 minutes of stifling D and that INT by Lewis was HUGE
