Doing his time at Florida Atlantic Univ.

Until he's served his penalty (with pay) and deemed ready to handle another big school HC job...lol

Maybe another year or so.

Yes, he is doing his time, but he is going to be around. Practice makes perfect. Just honing his skills for the next big thing! :D

Bro where you been? They got divorced like 3 years ago.
Oh shit, I didn't realize that. My bad. I'm sure with his money he still probably pulls plenty of trashy Florida ass.

Coaching at level that is equivalent to his coaching abilities at FAU. That is about the level he belings at to be honest. I have never seen someone fail up as much as he once did.

Had a pretty mediocre season this year with Briles off to Houston.

5-7 was a big drop off from last year but it was still a better season than all but one of the years before he came this decade.

He had a great staff last year and this past season most had left. It is why I am always impressed with how Saban keeps it up with so much turnover.

Briles must have liked Florida. He's heading back...but to FSU this time.

Huh? He took a fledgling program to a bowl game in his first season as Tennessee coach. A blocked FG away from beating Saban. His biggest blunder was leaving the Vols for USC. Dream job or not, that program was littered with infractions, extremely undisciplined, and even more impatient.
