There were a lot of surprising things with this game:

Ohio State's lack of effort in the 2nd half, thought they would have been perfectly content to lay destruction on Washington

Washington's unimaginative offense, I've never seen a Chris Petersen team with such an dull predictable offense

I don't think the Washington fans on here will be too upset to see Browning go, he's so afraid to throw the ball and doesn't anticipate anything unless he's forced to because of a deficit. If they had a QB lead receivers they could do a lot more offensively

Hamdan wasn't much of an upgrade from Smith at OC. He did have his moments later in the season and spells where it seemed like they understood game adjustments, but not nearly enough. Either Hamdan needs to mature a LOT over the offseason and make strides in his second year, or they need to keep searching for that offensive mind.

No, no one will be sad to see Browning leave, but they need answers at receiver to expect large strides no matter which of the FIVE kids they pick this spring. Seriously, they are entirely loaded in that QB room.

And while we love Ahmed, kids like Gaskin aren't really replaceable with one kid most of the time.

Still overall expecting improvement from the offense next year. I mean it's hard to imagine it getting worse.

If they had a better option in the QB room over the last two years, they would have played him. They clearly didn't. I mean we saw that backup against Cal and he cost them that game. It's not hard to see why they stayed with Browning.

They didn't have enough at WR which is really inexcusable and the play calling/game design was lacking.

But do call us with football advice whenever you learn to solve UW and find a way not to shit down your own legs when playing them. Seriously, it's getting sad at this point.

He was given a three game suspension by the board for this incident.

You and I can disagree on the punishment but he was punished none the less.

If you think it is less than what should have been given, take it up with the OSU board.
