After watching that replay that play call was awful. Roll right, everybody is covered, look back left, one dude is covered, rush is in his face and he has to get the ball out. You need a quick hitter or out the back of the endzone 3 tries there. That isn't what was dialed up. PC is just not a very clock-aware coach when it comes to the NFL.

I would put a lot of that on Russ there, if it wasn't there just throw it away, don't try to extend that play, just live for the next play... You know you can't take the sack there, so don't risk it ...

Agreed. Russ knowing everyone's covered needed to drop that out at the beck of the EZ. That was a rookie mistake that Russ should better. Costed the team points that hopefully doesn't come back to bite them.
