I am feeling it will be Toub or Bieniemy. Seems kinda on-brand for them. A big name coach with success is ideal, but not many of those on the market and John may not even coach the NFL again for all we know.

Arians seems very interested. Idk if Harbaugh would leave the Ravens for Browns but possible. I would fine with Arians

Cleveland should be the most desirable landing spot for any coach. John Harbaugh & Baltimore are expected to "mutually part ways" this offseason. Harbs is still a great coach.
