Nah, it's a good site. If it was gay, you'd already be there.

Yep.

Gay dudes give great head, provided of course that they keep their GOD DAMNED EYES TO THEMSELVES!

Speaking of which, you ever told the guys at Zigs about why you wear that eye patch?

Cheap enough price for 150 good innings.

Anything more is a bonus, but Seattle had to look to strike now so he didn’t get hurt and become untradeable during the season

They did. 1 year $6.75M.....yesterday.

Are you mixing him up with Pearce? Reports are that Eovaldi's going to be getting at least a $50M deal.

You're right, my bad. Heard that Eovaldi was offered 3/$45 but is waiting until after the baseball winter meeting in three weeks. Rumors are that the Astros are ready to offer 3/$54M and so are the Phillies.

I'm surprised it's that low.

I thought he'd get more than that.

I didn't realize 2019 is Sale's walk year. That's gonna be interesting.
very, especially with his arm not being so...sound...to end the year, tho he insists hes fine.

Hope he can stay healthy. He's fun to watch when he's right but something always seems to happen which causes him to miss a few weeks.
As for the deal itself, no idea. It seems like a reasonable return. Paxton is 30 with only 2 years of control left so I wasnt expecting a huge haul. Just somewhat relieved that Mariners are finally admitting they arent contenders in the AL and can move forward somewhat.

When I mention the Mariners getting bent over, every Mariners fan brings up a trade that happened 30 years ago. This is the team that traded for Montero . . . . errr Monstero for serviceable but pinetar cheating Pineda.

Mariners also gave up fan favorite Ichiro for a couple of duds. I'm sure this trade will blow up in their faces as well.

At the time, I thought that Cashman had been severely burned. Montero was a consensus top 5 prospect (all the way up to #2 in BA's rankings) and to basically trade a chip of that value for a pitcher with lousy mechanics and a questionable health history seemed really, really stupid.

As it turned out, the deal didn't really help either team all that much, but I guess you could call the Yankees winners. At least the guy they got is still being paid to play baseball.......:noidea:

I recall the big knock on that trade was the fallout the following spring training when it was revealed that Pineda had something wrong with his elbow or shoulder. But even with missing that time, Pineda ended up being worth 100 Montero's.
