this is better for the Chiefs IMO.
Think it is better for Mahomes learning curve to experience this (& the Pats game) now during the regular season than to experience it in playoffs where you dont get a 2nd chance. Set backs now will only help him in the playoffs later.

Yeah it was shot by a terrible throw to two Rams defenders... AGAIN.. I GET it they needed a shot and 50 yards but at least throw it to a place where the receiver has a shot to at worst touch the ball
Lol- you don't get it at all. You're asking him to be Jesus Christ himself. If Mahomes can't just chuck it so far Tyreek can house it or dust the coverage, nobody is, period. The play was shot, and he had to throw it. Otherwise you're making it a hail mary situation just to get into reliable FG range. Which btw, would have to be OOB.

I'm so glad this wasn't played in Mexico. Would have been wasted down there.

Doubt we get such a classic at that altitude on that turf

He threw the ball into double coverage with his receiver having absolutely no shot at catching it

Don’t listen to him he’s a fake Chiefs fan. Just like a crying little baby he changed his favorite team to the Bears when his Chiefs traded Marcus Peters to the Rams.

It would get boring if games were always like this, but once in a while it's awesome

Nah. These types of games make the NFL fun. There was plenty of def but just really good route running and passing by both teams.

I agree these types of games are needed, but if it was every game 80-90 points? Kinda yuck.

What a game. The Young quarterback choked it away but that was a lot of fun

Crushing Rams win for us Saints fans.

If the Chiefs pull it out, Saints would have pretty much had a 2 game lead with 6 to go.

Now it is likely the NFC playoffs will go through LA

Welp, just glad this doesn't really hurt the Chiefs much big picture. No injuries as far as I am aware of. Just regroup and get Berry and the OL back together

Sorry moose. I like you but any team that gives up 54 points is not going anywhere. They will lose in January as usual

What are you talking about? I dont see the Saints losing the rest of year. & they hold the tie breaker with the Rams.

Didnt Marino have a grip way back on ball as well?

I think he did. there was another QB in the 80's/90's who didn't grip the threads and had the index finger on the point of the back of the ball. Want to say it was Jim Kelly but I'm not sure.
