She also failed to do any little bit of research that the first officer on the scene was killed and also nothing has been given as of now knowing if the shooting killed all the victims or if some were caught in the middle.

Going back to Gerrymandering for a moment:
Republicans won 50.3 percent of NC’s votes for Congress. They took 10 of 13 seats.

And this is exactly the plan:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...f7faa680710_story.html?utm_term=.d79166791e6f

“I think electing Republicans is better than electing Democrats,” said Rep. David Lewis, a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly, addressing fellow legislators when they passed the plan in 2016. “So I drew this map to help foster what I think is better for the country.”

He added: “I propose that we draw the maps to give a partisan advantage to 10 Republicans and three Democrats because I do not believe it’s possible to draw a map with 11 Republicans and two Democrats.”

Done by one man.

One. Man.

^ The whole gerrymandering I was told by my co-worker trumpian that I should just shut up and accept it. Then I kindly pointed out to him that just yesterday he was complaining about the democrat's winning in PA due to the fixing of the congressional districts.

Also back on the whole Acosta/Trump fiasco. Trump had ANY opportunity to call on ANY of the other reporters in the room and didn't. He knew this and was looking for this to occur. I will step back off that soapbox now.

Just to summarize. A White House operative made a move to physically stop a reporter from asking questions.

Let that sink in. This is not normal.

I wonder if Sarah Huckabee Sanders has 15 good men and a bone saw?
I think the intern will be very flattered that people consider her an "operative" now.

Meh

lol - Kemp announces he's resigning as GA Secretary of State. Such a bold move after gaming the system to get elected.

Yep, that's been the plan all along. Well, that and disenfranchising minorities with "almost surgical precision" according to the 4th Circuit.

I don't think even the NRA advocates for allowing everyone to bring guns into bars, do they?

I will be honest, when I watched that video the first time what struck me was the bow/kneel at the end reminded me of the way my dog submissively capitulates to me when I yell at her for trying to get food off the counter.

I kinda felt bad for thinking it.

I got over it.

NRA does. Everyone, everywhere.

Who strongly advocates against it is law enforcement and first responders. The argument being when they show up, they will not know who is the threat, and anyone with a weapon will be put down.

And don't forget he already declared himself the winner without knowing the results of all mail-in or provisional ballots.
Yeah this is all legit in GA. <sarcasm>

GA district 7 is still being reviewed. Under 700 votes and what is interesting there was a "data error" that occurred during the election that launched Woodall into the lead, along with the polling issues in Gwinnett county which makes up a large majority of the voters for this race.

BTW...Lucy McBeth who won district 6 she will be a great advocate for gun control!

Here is just a tidbit from her back story...which sounds WAY too familiar!

About Lucy - Lucia McBath for Congress

Lucy’s passion for public service was awakened by her family’s tragedy in 2012. She is the mother of Jordan Davis, who was shot and killed at a gas station in Jacksonville, Fla. that year by a man objecting to the music he was playing in his car. The shooter used Florida’s stand-your-ground law as his defense. He was not found guilty of murder in his first trial. In an October 2014 retrial, the shooter was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison.

That Edmonton prison hosts everyone from minimum to maximum security but it's still better than a fucking Indian "healing" tent. Hoping it's max.

And just think in this case the shooter was a highly trained Marine, no security guard or random patron with a gun (who thinks they are Rambo) would stand a chance.

pffft. If you believe law enforcement. Fox News said he was middle eastern.

Yeah, even if the bouncer was armed it wouldn't have made a difference. He ambushed the bouncer and shot the first employee he saw inside. Then threw smoke bombs. Unless there was a birthday party for Navy Seals in that building, nothing changes.
