I would love to see attempts for that. Of course McSorely had Barkley to share the load with. Barrett didn’t have anyone that good. I def give Barrett credit there.

Yes, 7 scores is a lot. But when you are the focal point it’s not surprising. He was a running qb for Christ sake. An of course he threw less, he couldn’t pass, right?
Look up the stats then. Barrett also had JK Dobbins, a RB who had about 20-25 carries fewer than Saquon for the year, but had 130+ more yards, so from a rushing output standpoint yes, he did have someone that good. Even better, as the stats would suggest.

Nice excuse, you seem to have ones for every time you're wrong. It's been a shitload of excuses, essentially.

No, no he didn’t. But nice try. No one in their right mind is going to say a backup qb was the best qb in the B1G At the time you did. But you are too proud and to much of a pussy to admit you were wrong and just going full homer. It’s what we expect of you.
Aww, but yes, he did.

He was backing up the best QB in the league last year (foolishly, I might add). This isn't a difficult endeavor, to become the best QB in the B1G. I'd see all I needed to from him and the rest to make the proclamation. So far, he's proving me right. I'm sorry this continues to rattle around in your head. I hope you get better.

JK dobbins wasn’t close to what Saquon Barkley was for PSU. Anyone that argues that is beyond stupid. Dobbins wasn’t a pass catching threat at all. He merely was just a rusher. Again only an absolute idiot would argue Dobbins was or better than Barkley last year.

It is hilarious you trying to tell someone else off on excuses. When you literally use them all the time if someone at Ohio State has a bad game. You truely are a special kind of stupid hypocrite.

Awww, no no he didn’t. A backup qb wasn’t the best QB in the B1G in January and you know it. You are just too proud or stupid (probably both) to admit it. But continue to use stats against Bad teams this year to justify your insanely ignorant claim last January. All the while critizing other qbs for not playing anyone.

"You are in another realm of homer if you think Barrett was better than Trace McSorely last year"

Genuinely one of the most retarded, unfounded things said on this board in months, if not years.

While we’re here @Across The Field your boys going to score points today? 60.5 feels like a lot and I have no faith in Minnesota’s offense like I did last week in Indiana’s.

So that means you've finally found definitive proof that he was unable to play this well in January when I made the statement then?

I would actually say trying to tell us all JK dobbins was as good or better than Barkley all because of rushing yards is easily the most retarded thing said on this board in years.

I already gave you definitive proof. You are just unwilling to believe it because you are too proud of your buckeyes.

I'd sure as hell hope so. Minnesota wasn't that great to begin with, and they're banged up on defense. I would guess, though, that Haskins probably doesn't even play towards the end of the 2nd quarter on. Tate Martell should get a lot of run today. My guess is something like 52-9

As a rusher, he was. I never said he was the better all-around back.

You've given me proof that there is no way Haskins could've played this well in January? Where was that?

Yeah, that’s what I’m worried about. You go up 42-7 and then stop acoring

That wasn’t the disagreement. The disagreement was Haskins wasn’t the best QB in the B1G in January. Which you go to the bounds that you do to tell us all he was. Which is insane.

I don't think that'll be the case. Our second string O is still better than Minnesota's first string D. How much you have on this?

Well, that would pretty much be the crux of the entire argument. He's the best QB in the B1G currently. I contend that, had the season started in January and he took over as starter, he would've been playing just as well. That's been my argument this entire time.
