I honestly don't know why cheating is an issue. All teams have one goal win the SB at all costs that is your number one goal. If you cheat and don't get caught and win the SB congrats you are champs, if you win the SB and get caught cheating congrats you are still the champions. Cheating is as important to the game as the forward pass, all team do it most don't get caught. Me I don't really care because you still have to have a damn good team to win your division, win your conference and win the SB cheating alone will not get you there.

There is no technically here. They were and still are illegal everywhere in the US. Unless prescribed by a legit physician for actual medical reasons.

Pittsburgh doc even got busted for trying to falsely prescribe them.
