I don't think fatigue is the issue with Severino, it's his mechanics. David Cone points it out every start, and it's plain as day, but apparently no one on the crack Yankee staff has noticed.

If Cone pointed it out they heard. Supposedly he was the runner up to Boone for the job. It could be that whenever he hits a rough patch he reverts to old habits.
