I can't remember a good Rookie pitcher debut for the Rangers. Maybe back in what 2012 or 13 with Tepesh and then by June the bottom fell.

There is definitely a disconnect somewhere in the organization.

We either suck at drafting good pitchers or developing them. Maybe both.
