sorry was at work so couldn't go into depth. but with Blackburn and our #2, #4, and #5 pitching prospects out until probably the middle of next season and their advancement delayed by the same amount of time following their return I can't look at the team with much optimism.

Oh DT, I also forgot to mention Ronald Herrera who is on the 60 with Labrum issues. He could be facing surgery which would delay his advancement

Well it is about supply and demand and Astros had no interest and got Verlander which worked out well for them

You really don’t understand supply and demand, do you? The only way that happens is if you’re able to generate a bidding war between at minimum two clubs. When Houston got verlander that went out the window.
