all you have to do is look at the starting rotation he posted with Minor, Perez and Fister as his #1 thru #3 and you can see it is a fluff rotation so why not add a 4th fluff pitcher to complete the ensemble?

Fluff is a bit harsh. Original point was we did not need 3 pitchers. The 3 mentioned plus Hernandez should be serviceable.

Obviously you need and Ace and strong #2 and #3 to compete for division. But that has nothing to do from what I suggest will be another developmental year
