he personally hates gilbert- gilbert personally hates him- has not stopped him for playing for gilbert for years and years and years. he wont walk away like all stars like durant and george ditched the dustbowl of OKC for greener pastures. this is home. No one wants to play in a fly-over shithole like OKC their whole career unless they can turn it into their own personal stats playground like RW.

Ass still sore from the last time he left?

yah i am sure you would prefer a 7th straight season without a playoff victory and being a laughingstock and the biggest newsworthy person in your organization being a lloudmouth father of one of the players. lol...enjoy. sounds AWESOME...sign me up for that shit over watching LeBron make game winners anyday....

I mean--- who wouldnt choose being a laughingstock and listening to Lavar Ball roast the coach and team in the media over watching LeBron James put on historical performance after historical perfromance and sink game winners left and right?--- GIVE ME LAVARR!!!! ITS JUST PURE BASKETBALL--- NO WAY DO I WANT THE GUY WHO TEAMMATES CALL THE BEST TEAMMATE THEY HAVE EVER PLAYED WITH . lol.

wow, you're on a roll this morning...

you wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, or is it your time of the month...?

obviously you DO believe in moral victories. but then, you're a Cavs fan, so what else can you hang your hat on...?

"yay, we're runner-up again! whoopde-doo, we rule the world!!"-WiggyRuss

yup, CLEARLY you don't get it, which makes it a YOU problem. enjoy...:heh:

lol, so my not wanting this arrogant barf bag somehow has a bearing on my life? lmfao...:pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound::pound:

i can't even call this a good reach...

in fact, it's PATHETIC...

tell you what. you and others like you can keep on bending the knee to your "god". all you did was validate me as NOT being another mindless sheep...

I know I mess with you about this from time to time, but I have always respected your stance on LeBron. It isn't about basketball, you don't like him as a man and don't want him on your team. It is impossible to argue with that.

That said, I also respect that you, unlike other prominent LeBron haters on here don't try to pretend that leBron isn't historically great on the court.

There is no logical argument that can be made to have him outside the top 5 all time, and personally I think it is getting damn hard to make a legit case for Magic or Kareem over LeBron right now. His accomplishments speak for themself.

Somebody at work recently said they could see him playing as is for another 4 years and play into his 40's.

I said, "I can see him playing at his current level for another 2-3 years (only because he takes care of his body, he has a ton of miles on it) and then he'll start to decline. I think he'll retire by 37-38 once he sees he's not the same player. And he isn't going to want to play at a watered down level. "

Once he starts to decline in 2-3 years, I still think he'll be a 18-20ppg, 7rpg, and 4-5apg type player. Not bad but not his usual numbers. He can do a lot of other things once he retires.

If he suffers a major injury (always a possibility since he's been relatively injury free and our bodies change as we get older) that would accelerate his decline.

Everybody on here respects CL67....it's probably why we never see him get into the mud with the rest of us and roll around in it andgo after people.

PS: He also makes a damn good cheeseburger!!!!!

Oh hell nobody know where you're coming from!:D I mean fuck dat balding fucker from Akron, OH. In all seriousness for a minute how you doing today? And do you think N.O. can upset G.S.? The other game I think the Rockets take care of business. But I think the Houston/Utah could be the better of the 2 games today. The Warriors are just scary good. And that makes me go

:exploding:

Given the opportunity I'd kick Draymond in the basket-ball's

Nawlins gave a good account of themselves the other day, which i'm sure gave Dubs haters around here a glimmer of hope...

that said, imo NOBODY is beating the Dubs 4 outta 7 this season. too good, too many weapons...

Utah though AND Boston are laying down the groundwork for future runs which makes both teams interesting. same with Philly...

so no changing of the guard yet, but it's coming. Hell, it might be just a season or 2 away...

i just think its hilarious you would pick more and more losing and a 7th straight year without winning a playoff game and the biggest thing about the Lakers being loudmouth LaVarr Ball- rather tahn the chance at winning something big just because your personal animosity towards LeBron.

Cutting off your nose despite your face if you ask me- but hey- maybe you just really like hearing from Lavarr Ball. lol.

No booze for me yesterday. Actually haven't had a drink since my friends wedding reception back on January 5. You are correct about the Sunday weeding though. No water bongs for me. Either a doober or my digital vaporizer. That damn cottonmouth is kickin' my ass again.

Just listening to some Muddy Waters right now & relaxing. Got some racks of ribs in the smoker & gonna throw some sweet corn on the grill for when my sons stop by this afternoon.

That inexperience we talked about a week ago finally reared it's ugly head in this Bos/Philly series & it cost Philly the series.

You mean that experience factor that certain Sixers fan said didn't matter? :heh:

titles can be won without LeClown. it's proven. so why should i be desperate for the guy...?

course i'll say it once again, it ain't MY call to make...

and btw, nobody asked you. but thanks for the input anyhow...

You’ve also said that you’re a proponent of tanking/ losing for multiple years to acquire assets like Philly did.
Isn’t that what the Lakers are in the midst of?
I dont think its unreasonable to not want to give up multiple young assets for a player of James’ age.
Especially when its 0 guarantee you are winning a title over the next couple of seasons.

I'd happily welcome him to LA after the wheels inevitably fall off in the Finals. LeBron's patented runner was a thing of beauty. You wouldn't guess that shot was a buzzer beater, it looked as smooth as it probably does in practice.

Same here. I don't like the guy, but I didn't like Kobe either.

However, my "like" for the Lakers being relevant and winning titles outweighs my "dislike" for any player.

In short, whether I like you or not, if you can help the Lakers win...welcome aboard.
