Proceed with caution.

The Jags were up 10 points in the 4th when Amendola fumbled. Myles Jack picked up the ball and ran down the sideline for a guaranteed TD but the ref blew the play dead (which he shouldnt have). If the ref simply doesnt blow the whistle on a LIVE play... GAME OVER and the Jaguars are in the SB
Did I miss the conversation? I'd be absolutely IRATE if my team lost that way.

Somebody brought it up. And yeah, clearly a blown call that changed the game. But the Jags still should have been able to win. Their pass rush went to shit and Bortles looked like a HS QB in the fourth quarter. Hard to win when you collapse like that at the end of a game. The Jags were up 10 points in the 4th when Amendola fumbled. I saw the play, and I've talked about it ... Refs blew the call, plain and simple... BUT, the Jags did receive the possesion on the fumble and they had every opportunity to put that game away up 10 with the Pats drive coming to an end... Jags did a lot wrong towards the end of that game... Sure it could a possibly been 6 points the other way, BUT if they were good enough at that point, they put that game away regardless...
Their MO is cover 3. Didn't work out. Blitzing Brady seems kind of pointless anyways to me. If they don't get home with 3-4 man rushes so be it.ok I'll give you that one maybe but why when you pressure all game NOT really pressure the entire 4th quarter against the patriots?

So? You don't just decide to pressure or not pressure. You can choose to rush more than 3 or 4. Brady ain't a running threat. They were pressuring him all night... except the 4th quarter

They didn't stop is my point. They just weren't as effective.it was working all night.. why stop in the 4th?

c'mon red. You are usually not that easy to hook.who Lewis? No he wasn't, plus ball was moving.. I thought for a second Jack stepped OB and that's why whistle was blown but he wasn't. I also wonder if one official had him down and then was overruled but it was clearly too late as he blew it dead

Yeah that was pretty freaking bad.... At least run a play...
The only reason (besides the, he sucks as a qb answer) is that the Jags knew they were getting the ball to start the 2nd
I understand why they did it and I don't necessarily disagree with their decision to run out the half... Main reason for doing so, imo, is that they were going to get the ball first to open up the 2nd half...
