Just a bad performance by the offense

Watch the games forget the stats. Defense put us in position to win for almost all of them. This is what pisses me off when you guys quote stats and don't watch the games to know what really is going on. God Forbid we blame the offense. Hands off those guys.

See, here is how it goes:

The offense did not play well yesterday. Neither did the defense or the special teams. This loss was a total team effort.

No pass given to the offense, but was objective in the opinion.

You know what kept us in the game? Dallas. They also played like shit with the exception of their running game. Dak did not look good at all in my opinion. They should have beaten us by 3 TDs but they kept shooting themselves in the foot.

without KC we are the colts . he is the offense because it damn sure isnt MKD , TP , Kelley Perine OR REED

when catalina has to play LT we arent in good shape 2 OB o/lineman gone our starting center gone , our RT playing on 2 sprained ankles make it hard to run an offense

the only weapons we have are CT and the ancient VD , crowder has been in the witness protection program all year until showing some life this game

but look at this defense . we hoped it would be avg and it was playing that way most of the year until injuries shelved it

allen and foster are big losses . nicholson is playing through a shoulder , ionman broke his hand BB sat out

this team is too injured to be the threat we thought it could be

and for the free agency buff 's here is the mid season report card

mcclain bust , mcgee bust , TP bust , quick bust , only DJ has balled so that is a 20% hit rate , that is below the usual 50 % hit rate

i said this team needed more talent and it does but dean the GM thinks we are the pats , we arent

the good thing is our younger guys are getting reps and some are showing well ionman (till he got hurt ) fuller , dunbar allen (till he got hurt ) roullier ,

some others clemmings (with an off season with callahan ) could be good , catalina could be too

PG and Djax way outplayed MKD and TP it isnt even close . combined our 2 wr will be lucky to get 500 yds between them a 75 % drop in production

i could live with 50% but damn !!

I really don't mean to insult you, but I'm struggling to figure out how something so obvious goes over your head. I did answer your question, and the answer was honest and pretty straight forward. How you can't figure out my opinion with that answer is, well, baffling.

Because I don't believe any of the 3 phases kept us in the game so I disagreed with your premise. How could you not get that?

Just look at this injury situation - like they stated you just can't make this up & can't imagine this being any worse. Look at this except about the O line:

By game's end, the Redskins' offensive line included a rookie undrafted free agent taking snaps at left tackle for the first time as a pro (Tyler Catalina), a left guard signed Saturday (Arie Kouandjio), a rookie center (Chase Roullier) and a right guard who was signed earlier in the week (Tony Bergstrom).

I mean - cmon - losing 3 of your starters on OL, your #1 backup & having your RT playing on bad wheels & then having your lone remaining starter getting hurt - how in the hell does any team survive that? Dean will just write it off to poor effort, coaching & Cousins. That is an absolute slap in the face to the players who gave it their best (but just are not good enough).

Dean - I would like to see how you would do if they inserted you into the O line with a few days notice. Very insulting on your part & just another one of these couch potatoes who thinks that he knows everything.

You are right dean, if not for our defense only holding Elliot to 150 yards and two rushing TD, Dallas might have scored 49 points on us instead of the 33 they ended up with.

socal we should have been up by 9 at halftime. I expected better play calling in the 2nd half to counter our oline problems. We were in this game despite all the injures.
