at this point there is nothing to salvage no matter what the decision, get more "evidence" to put forward when a decision is made that way it doesnt look so "knee jerk" of a reaction... will go a long way for whoever the next prospective "guy" is. If we just can him after this and dont let him lose the rest it looks bad from a loyalty expectation standpoint, but if you let that bar drop below ground level, well any respectable coach in the running will say... damn i cant believe they let him coach that long....
