Gave LAD the best pitcher available for squat. Would rather have kept him, pushed for a contract these last few months, taken the 75th pick, and enjoyed watching him for a few more months.

I guess we could resign him this offseason and then this is a GREAT deal. However, I don't think we have much of a shot there.

It'll take years to play out. The pitcher is a year away from High school and just started pitching anyway.
