What an amazing episode

Danaerys will be summoning Jon Snow to the bedroom any day

Refresh my memory, was that the first revelation that the old lady was the one who poisoned Joffrey?

I don't think so? I seem to remember her discussing it with Margaery after the act, but I could be mistaken. :noidea:

is Bran the only one who knows about the Tower of Joy and how that all went down? He really needs to have a chat with Jon, huh?

she did discuss it with Margaery, saying "you didn't think I would let you marry that little shit" basically.

Up to this point, the Lannisters were convinced Tyrion had killed Joffrey

The only one alive (and not an infant at the time) that was at the Tower of Joy is Howland Reed, and he's not yet appeared except in that flashback.

Bran arriving in Winterfell was weird to me. Another "how the hell did he get there" kind of thing. I just don't like it.

Howland Reed then becomes the only person that can confirm Bran's vision.

Meera is now at Winterfell, so there would be reason for Howland Reed to show up.

I can't imagine we will ever see Howland Reed, but I also don't think we need anything to confirm the vision. If Bran tells Jon "yo, you my cuz, not my bro" he pretty much has to take his word for it, right?

I'd assume that the Night's Watch had him escorted down. I've seen a lot of people complaining about "teleporting", but since EVERYONE seems to be moving quickly, can't we pretty much assume that pretty large amounts of time are passing?

I would assume he had help from Edd and the rest of Castle Black.
Maybe they set Meera and Bran up with a horse and cart.

Or they could have been carried by ravens.
Would you happen to know the air speed velocity of an unladen raven?

Yes, it was her and little finger and they framed Tyrion and Sansa.

But Lannisters never figured that out

They've been heading that way for sometime now.....why would he stay at Castle black?

There seems to be a recurring theme with trust.

Team Targaryean has to take Jon at his word that the Night King is coming.
Jon will have to take Bran at his word who his parents really are.
Jorah had to take Sam at his word that he could treat greyscale.
Jon has to take Daneyras at her word that he is not a prisoner.... yet.
The Iron Bank has to take Cersei at her word... you get the idea.

I'm sure there are plenty more.

While I get it's annoying, they have only have a few episodes left and are storming to a finish. But yes, who knows how much time has gone by

I guess it's possible. My understanding of time in this show is really off.

How long do you think Jorah took to heal like that?

and those all seem like shortcuts the writers are taking to get to finality of the show. We need to tie it all together now, otherwise it won't work. So we have to cut corners...

On that note, was the Baelor Septor wildfire-explosion passed off as an accident?
It felt like the dude from the Iron Bank said it like Dr. Evil with his hands as quotation marks...

I mean, Jamie has to suspect that Cersie did that, right?
He knew about the hidden caches.

He was let through the Ice wall already and then they jumped on the hay wagon. Of all the "how did they get there" this one was the most plausible IMO

dude from the Iron Bank is Sherlock Holmes's bro in the Cumberbatch series. I found that funny.

That seems reasonable. I mean, what do these fucking people want? A couple episodes of armies and and navies and wagons and whatnot just getting from point A to point B? It's fucking ridiculous.

Still, I'm sure the bitching about the logistical questions of a show set on a fictitious planet, with giants, zombies, dragons and all sorts of other nonsense will continue ad nauseam.
