Looks like George himself proved my point for me.

No he didn't. He didn't prove your point all. Your point was the he's a "disloyal coward" for leaving and that he was "classless" about it.

What he did do was prove everyone else right.

Still, what puzzles me is that he claims winning was his priority, then says his preferred destination is the Lakers.

Still a coward.

He probably sees the Lakers talented young roster and figures that he could help make them winners. Which is pretty much the opposite of being a coward.

lol @you thinking PG proves your point and thinking that taking on the challenge of helping a young team learn to win is cowardly.

Bradley is better than Olidipo.

There is no way around that.

Crowder is better than Sabonis.

Age. Age. Age. When you trade George, you are rebuilding as it is. You still never answered my question
@Mecca What sense does it make to trade George for guys the same age as he is?

George is only 2 years older than Oladipo.

Dude, George said so himself that there wasn't any good way to initiate his exit from the Pacers. If that don't prove my point, I don't know what does.

George is only 2 years older than Oladipo.

But he's still younger, isn't he?

I'd argue that Bradley and Crowder maxed out their potential last season, while Oladipo has shown flashes of being a knock-down shooter and a possible 18-20 PPG scorer, but hasn't fully put it together yet. A sprained wrist last December that caused him to miss nine games really fucked up his timing and wasn't able to regain his early-season confidence.

Not by much. It's one thing to trade off a player who's say 32 years old for some players that were drafted and are young that's around the 24-26 range. Two years separating players is really miniscule. Suffice it to say, if Oladipo's the scorer on your team, you're not going to be good and he's serving merely as a stop gap.

Okay.

You want younger guys?

That takes me right back to the 3 first rounders from Boston...lol

Pleeeeennnnty of young guys still left on the board at the end of the first round.

Hell, some of the guys in the 2nd round could have had a shot to make the roster.

You are running yourself in circles.

The Pacers took a shit deal.

The End.

Ps. Your Team just traded for a 25 year old Corey Joseph.

So, miss me with that youth movement shit when he will be the same age as Bradley in one month.

Lance Stephenson and Olidipo are going to be brutal if played together.

Thank God TJ Leaf can shoot and space the floor a bit for Turner.

Corey Joseph , who they just traded for, is less than a year younger than Bradley.

Youth movement theory debunked.
