I would bet that there are even smaller cities with lower major crime rates that have them (or similar things) too. I mean, how do you expect the police to do their job properly in Prince Rupert?

chalk it up to the militarization of police thats been going on the past few years across north america ... this was at the Abbotsford Air show last summer ... recruiting tool i guess ... tax payer dollars at work

as my kids were playing inside it some kid walked by and asked "whens the war?" lol
