Last year the Cavs held the Warriors to 99.8 points per game.

This year, the Warriors averaged 121.6 points per game.

Looks like those who said the Cavs defense made them vulnerable and would cost them were right.

Hornets get: Love, Shumpert, Frye
Cavs get: Batum, MKG, Marvin Williams

I think Love for Melo is what may happen....

That was the difference between the Cavs and Dubs when you put everything aside. Both had elite offenses, only one had an elite defense.

Oh, and for all of the Durant is not an alpha because of Westbrook talk. Durant just led this Warriors team where he was allowed to be the alpha to an NBA title. That has to sting a bit.

I agree. Lebron the GM gets the blame here. Lebron the player did what he could do. The rest falls on the roster that HE put together.

No one could put together a team to beat this one, they are among the greatest teams in NBA history. That's not on LeBron either. If anything he's so good he made the Warriors happen

He is. Lebron's probably going to jump ship after next season and evaluate where he would have a better chance of winning. The roster as is just doesn't have the wiggle room to improve.

You could make an argument that you're far better off staying with Love. Melo would be a disaster.

End of the day, anyone with a brain knew it would catch up with them when the Warriors became the opponent.
J.R. hit some crazy, timely shots or its a 20+ point blowout.

Yeah, JR had me worried for a second. But if JR only puts up his average numbers, like you said, this is a significant blow out. Unfortunately for the Cavs, you get that JR rarely nowadays.
