If he goes, I think we need to recruit Del Rio. He and Marv are already buddies and they basically share the same defensive philosophies....... Interestingly, they are both lousy head coaches as well.

I'd like it better if Mikey fired Marv, hired Zimmer, then went after Del Rio.......

We are very likely to lose both coordinators this offseason......if I could pick one to keep, it would be Zimmer, who I believe has worked miracles with ordinary talent....

We're just going to keep shoveling Doug. It doesn't matter who are coordinators are -- We'll keep chopping wood and printing t-shirts with inspirational messages on them.

We went 3-6 after Marvin printed t-shirts that said "finish" on them. He's so motivational.

We're in trouble if we lose both coordinators. Without them, my highschool coaching staff is smarter than the Bengals.

Zimmer's done a great job. I don't think he's had a single probowler but his defenses have been good..

still think I'd rather keep Gruden because they need continuity with a young QB

I don't think we're losing either of them.... I think Jacksonville will go with a coordinator with more experience. Probably Mularkey.

I think the Dolphins will go for someone with more of a profile. Wouldn't be surprised to see them float an offer to Brian Billick.

I'll take Del Rio in place of Zimmer right now. Zim's D is pretty simple and his defenders always show a lack of discipline. He's got the ear I think and respect of his team but he is not a great X's and O's guy.

Neither will be hired because neither of them are worthy.

Mike Brown isn't going to go spend the kind of money necessary to hire Del Rio or a big name OC either.

I think Del Rio would come at a reasonable rate.... He has some repairing he needs to do to his reputation and he could probably direct a pretty good defense here.

That's likely the case..... Hobspin has already thrown that out there.

Offensive coordinator would be promoted from within as well..... I'm guessing James Urban. I'd be okay with that move as he wouldn't change the offense and I don't want Dalton to have to start over.

So I guess with all the head coaching jobs going to everyone but Zimmer he will be back for the 2012 season? Kinda feel bad for him but happy he might be staying.

The Bucs are the last opening, but Mike Sherman is reportedly the favorite.

when does Marv finally give up? He's got the look of quit all over him, when's his contract up? Zimmer's sure to be named coach then.
