I'd take him as a back-up to Brady
Dak is a potential franchise QB on a rookie QB. The teams cap situation won't allow them to trade for a franchise level veteran. I'd think a fan of this team would know this. The Cowboys should trade for him.
thought he was a packers fan?Dak is a potential franchise QB on a rookie QB. The teams cap situation won't allow them to trade for a franchise level veteran. I'd think a fan of this team would know this.
He is, but he's trying to convince us he's a life long Cowboys fan.thought he was a packers fan?
I realize this but Dak isn't the answer at QB.Dak is a potential franchise QB on a rookie QB. The teams cap situation won't allow them to trade for a franchise level veteran. I'd think a fan of this team would know this.
We don't know that yet. I'm willing to see year 3 out of the kid. Most of us called him a project who will need time holding a clipboard learning the NFL game.I realize this but Dak isn't the answer at QB.
I mean, there are a couple of reasons that the GM is in Cleveland right now.lol what a retard organization. Alex Smith just posted a 100+ rating (qualifying) and 4,000 yard season for the first time in his career, is 33, and the Chiefs are probably like, "BUT WE DRAFTED MAHOMES!"
Smith has played great for the Chiefs. He's not the reason they haven't won a Super Bowl.

The Chiefs defense is....one of the worst in the league. Lets call it what it is. They spent 2 first-rounders on Mahomes and then Alex Smith had a career year in what is basically a contract year. What are the odds the he duplicates being one of the best deep ball throwers in the league next year? Can the Chiefs actually give him $20 million a year when their defense is falling apart?
Getting Mahomes last year was basically a giant flare in the air that said 'we can't beat the Steelers so we are going to rebuild'
This year was some sort of 'last go' with the old ways and they went out just like so many promising Starks.
The bigger question with the Chiefs for me: are they keeping their defensive coordinator?
It is the same old broken record but I feel like this game was distinctly Andy Reid in style. It actually wasn't too terribly different than the Chiefs-Titans game last year in the regular season. It's like a curse for the Chiefs in the playoffs, they always play well enough, the game ends up being super close in the end, and for some reason they always lose it... I have a friend who's a Chiefs fan from Kansas City up here, he was like, same old broken record.... It's maddening to watch because today the Chiefs started out like they were gonna steam roll um, and then once again it's a close finish that the Chiefs find a way to lose...
