PPR league. 1WR and one Flex spot needed

Snead, Sanu, TreQwon Smith, Ito

Also, who do you like better for QB this week? Stafford or Mayfield?

I lean towards the track record with the QB situation, but that is a big part of my philosophy as a whole in fantasy FB. So, I would say Stafford. As far as the main topic goes, I think you have to look at Snead and Sanu as the "safe" options and the Smiths as the swing for the fences type. Maybe one of each? A little drunk and high... and I ate a Xanax earlier, so I can't remember who the Falcons are playing, but if it is Washington... that's right. Hmm... at Washington, too. That defense is tough, but then again, so are the Rams. Eww... What's on the wire? I guess Sanu and Snead. I feel like the Smiths would be too risky. But, as I mentioned, I play it safe more often than not. To a fault, almost.
