Fresno States coach is a phenomenal coach who gets his team ready for big games as well as anyone in the country. Yep, we have issues to fix but believe it or not, this game was probably good for us!

Like I said multiple times in other threads; we will have a handful of games that will be decided by a few plays; Although this one was not at the very end; they still lay ahead of us.

David pretty much was the entire defense...........he will probably be Big 10 defensive player of the week..................and then there was the rest of the guys on our defense

Stafford was in there also and Andrew Greens coverage looked better after the first timeout. I don't know what was said to the d then but he listened and started shadowing his receiver.

We'll have a better idea where we're at after next Saturday. After the first game I was very disappointed in our offense, especially our offensive line, and I could see there was some clues that our defense had some problems. One poster here couldn't see that... His name is Braskypants15.

I am most disappointed in our defense. I was hoping they were going to be a championship type of defense, but they sure have been manhandled at times, and by teams with young offensive lines too. Not good.

Washington will be very tough to beat, but if Nebraska improves from their outing this week, we have a good chance to beat them.

Fresno was no slouch. This was a good test for Nebraska. I predicted before the game that NU would win 30-13. That's 3 fgs for NU! We scored nothing but TDs! There is a ton of potential for this team if they improve little by little in every game played this season.

this. why will they trust a freshman with the return game, but think that a true freshman in the receiving game is "too young"...wtf???

i feel like they are almost trying to hide him until conference play, then just let him loose, so that opposing D's arent ready for him
