Absolutely, the Fins offense has improved a lot. The Fins got a top talent without having to trade up. Parker will be another go-to guy for Tannehill. He's the type of player that can take a slant pass for long yards or beat defenses deep catching passes down field, even against good coverage. The Fins will score more TD's this year with him and the other additions to the team.
