No team is going to do what you proposed, so the basic premise is flawed beyond comprehension.

Reality is that winning percentage is nice, but tangible assets are all that really matters in todays world. He who has the gold(crystal back then) is king, all others are second best.

Here's a reality check for you, Bama hasnt lost a title game in that span. 3 title games, three wins. If not for a Cam Newton miracle come from behind win, Bama wins four.
