There has not been a head coaching change since the season began. 2012 was the last time a coaching change had not occurred through October was 2012. 2015, Oct 10 was the first coaching change.

Will there be a coaching change before November? Who is most likely to be fired or resign/retire by the month of November?

2017

Oct 1 - Sean Kulger resigns from UTEP.
Oct 1 - Gary Anderson resigns from Oregon State.​

2016

Sep 25 - Ron Turner fired from FIU
Sep 25 - Les Miles fired from LSU​

2015

Oct 10 - Dan McCarney fired from North Texas.
Oct 11 - Randy Edsall fired from Maryland.
Oct 12 - Steve Spurrier fired from South Carolina.
Oct 12 - Steve Sarkisian fird from USC.​

2014

Sep 8 - June Jones resigns from SMU
Sep 28 - Charlie Weiss fired from Kansas
Oct 5 - Larry Blakeney retired from Troy
Oct 12 - Jeff Quinn fired from Buffalo​

2013

Sep 29 - Lane Kiffin fired from USC.
Sep 30 - Paul Pasqualoni fired from UConn

DJ Durkin should be fired for sure but they will probably wait. Most of the programs who are floundering unexpectedly have new coaches so they won't fire them .
