Good call... I would also like to see a few designed runs in there for RW early to help loosen them up...Run the ball, control the possession, and get the ball out quickly when the pass rush is coming.
It would go a long way toward building confidence against the Saints and Packers if the offense can feel like it has control instead of being on its heels.
I have confidence in the defense against the Rams specifically. 24 points should be enough to win this one, but I'll happily take 30+.
Per PC, the OL will be back at full strength for this game, so that's a positive. My money says Jamal Adams will not be playing, so that's a mark in the Rams' column. I would say there is no plausible way the Rams can win this game w/o Goff (unsure of his status, but I assume there is at least a reasonable chance he will not play), but then I cannot get the odorous memory of the Giants game out of my mind.
Based on how we beat them a couple weeks ago, I am expecting pretty much the exact same approach as what we have been seeing. We'll be ultra conservative on offense for as long as possible, rely on the defense to keep it close, and then count on Russell to save our ass at the end if needed.
There's a difference between being hurt (feeling pain) and injured. Adams looked like he may be injured to me on Sunday. But I agree with you -- if he's just hurt, then I think he'll be out there. The only way Jamal Adams is not playing Saturday is if he is physically incapable. No way he misses that game because of pain.

He's a true game time decision and I'm sure he'll be lobbying like hell to get in this one.True. Adams has been so focused on playing in the playoffs, I can't see him not playing unless he just can't.
Seems like he must have had a good practice today so if he's good to go than that's awesome.Adams says he's going to play...
Seahawks' Jamal Adams says he's playing; Luke Willson to active roster
Jamal Adams was much more sure Wednesday about his status for the Seahawks' playoff game Saturday than Pete Carroll has been.sports.mynorthwest.com
thin skinned? come on man if everyone picked the Hawks they would lose. As it is every ESPN supposed "experts" pick is for the Hawks.Man the disrespect we’re getting nationally, so many people are picking the Rams, it’s like we’re some scrub team at 12-4.... Rams defense is good I get it, but lately our D had been just as good, and we have the better QB ... It’s funny how we’re always underdogs out here in South Alaska ....
Think the Seahawks will be the "underdog" in every playoff game going forward. A bit surprising that with the Rams QB situation, Rams on the road, and losing the last match vs the Seahawks that the talk is the Rams winning. Not that I care, the media is about getting clicks and they must think that gets them more clicks.Man the disrespect we’re getting nationally, so many people are picking the Rams, it’s like we’re some scrub team at 12-4.... That's the greatest... Our team has always feasted on being the underdog...Man the disrespect we’re getting nationally, so many people are picking the Rams, it’s like we’re some scrub team at 12-4....
