I think that should be factored in by looking at overall record and SoS. Quality of losses is already baked in at that point.

Oklahoma has definitely been the most consistent although if all teams play their A gane I wouldn't take OU to win the title. That said consistency is big

But I think OU on top of their game beats Iowa. The teams are too similar and OU is just simply better and shooting the ball. If on top of their game you got Hield, Cousins and Woodard making it rain on command.

Maybe but the shooting is a lot closer than you think and Iowa is the superior defensive team. That's why I said I wasn't sure

Oklahoma's 2 losses were at Iowa State where Iowa also lost and a triple overtime game at Kansas. Iowa also has losses vs Maryland, Notre Dame, and unranked Dayton. It's not hard to see who the better team is between Oklahoma and Iowa. Football or basketball.

BOOMER SOONER! I was so disappointed when Kruger left UNLV for OK. Was a Runnin' Rebels season ticket holder when I lived in Lost Wages. I think he's a helluva HC. Since he arrived in Norman the Sooners have gotten better & the Runnin' Rebels have gotten worse. Best of luck to Coach Kruger & his Sooners once March Madness gets here, I'll be rooting for them.

Oklahoma has been the better team this year but that's not what the question was. I said OU has been more consistent. The question was in both teams played their best game. There isn't a team in the country that has played better halves of basketball than Iowa this year ( first half vs Marquette, at Iowa St, at Michigan St. 2nd halves vs Purdue l, at Purdue ) both teams are nearly impossible to guard when hitting on all cylinders. I give OU a slight edge on offense and Iowa on D. If the question was who has been better more consistently this year you are 100% right but if you think there's a big difference you're dead wrong. Hopefully we will find out

But the idea is that both teams are firing on all cylinders and by that theory Hield, Cousins and Woodard are far more explosive than Iowa top 3. That's basically why I said I think OU wins at their best.

Those 3 make it rain from deep. Uthoff is a stud but he's not close to Buddy.
