This is a 2-horse race IMO. Cards & Hawks will be neck & neck. Not sure what to expect from the Rams with a rook at the helm. I'll give Chip 1 season, maybe less, before they tar & feather his ass out of town.

I like what Bruce is doing with the Cards so I went with them.

This will be a close race like usual. Both teams are stacked with chips on their shoulders.

This poll is Seahawks fans vs the rest of SportsHoopla, with a couple of exceptions.
Well, with a few exceptions. With how much Hammer hates BA he might vote for the Seachickens. :noidea:

Zona but another great race with the Hawks. Could come down to the Rams being a spoiler in divisional games.

Zona/Hawks should be a good matchup. Seattle has to travel less this year to get to the Rams but the Rams swept them last year so who knows.

That said, Russell is going to be the focus of the offense this year instead of Lynch. Russell really took over in the 2nd half of the season and if Graham returns with the improvement of Lockett/Baldwin/Kearse they could be quite scary in the passing game.

That said, I expect any competent defensive line to blow through Seattle's O-Line like the fat kid in Matilda mowing through that chocolate cake.

I think Seattle will be better than last year all being said though. Their D-Line still improved with another year on Frank Clark and Reed is a huge upgrade over Mebane. I don't expect anyone to run well against Seattle.

Arizona really all depends on whether Palmer can duplicate his best season in his career to date.

Before their pass rush matter, they got to stop the Seahawks from running it down their throats.

We'll see. All depends if Rawls is a stud or dud in his 2nd year.

Seattle has by far the most depth at RB since Carroll arrived though. Rawls, Michael (played very well when Rawls went down - actually wanted him starting over Lynch in the Panthers game), Prosise as a 3rd down, and Collins should've gone in the 3rd... no idea why he didn't.

Two hours race, as everyone else here is saying. I'll take San Francisco over the Rams to win the. . .

Nah, I'm just kidding. I'll go with Arizona over Seattle, but I do not feel great about it at all. Two Championship contenders in this division, maybe even the two best teams in football.

Toss up between the Hawks and Cards, I'll take Seattle to win the division with Arizona settling for a wild card spot.

Gonna be a race between AZ and SEA. Right now I'm giving the edge to AZ but it could go either way between these two.

Cards. They added key pieces to an already elite team. Seahawks will be right there, but they will finish second where they belong. Rams will be a thorn in the side as usual but I don't see them finishing better than third. And the niners... need I say more.
