Who Are The Leaders On This Team?

I guess we should have read more into this at the beginning of the season, but this team is sorely lacking on field leadership. There really isn't a rally around me guy out there. Schmidt I guess was that guy, but captains included a lot of guys that aren't starting or, in my opinion, shouldn't start (Collonsworth).

I am not saying this is the main factor, or is on par with the coaching failures, but its a pretty big factor into the under-achieving.

I don't understand how they can come out of the half fired up.....then just fall flat again. It's like if they start to face adversity they fold and stop playing. You are right, no one steps up and consistently leads this team. I thought jaylon smith would be that guy on defense, I guess not.

Oh I hope you are joking. He's not a captain and he sure as hell isn't leading by example. I've said it many times and it's very telling. In a system so dependent on strong QB play, Golson isn't even worthy of the title of captain.

I agree it does seem this team has no leaders. even they do have 1 I would say Golson. I mean he is the QB and the center of this team

Russell and Williams were the defensive leaders, and Daniels was the offensive leader.

Seriously though they don't have one now that Schmidt is on the sideline and Day is injured, way too many freshman playing to have any leadership on the field. Also I wouldn't be shocked if Redfield transferred.
