Where will the texans play?

I know that seems to be a wrong question to ask at a time like this but I hear of flooding in Houston which makes me think Houston could have some problems on where to play at least early on.

Does San Antonio have a ready football field? If so there. If not maybe St.Louis if they kept the old Rams stadium.
