God damn that looks good. You may not be a complete bag of dicks.

It was pretty damn good. I had planned on adding bacon to it, but didn't know we were out of bacon this morning(I buy like 12lbs of bacon at a time and eat it every morning).

So basically it ended up being exactly that recipe, but we did a square pan instead of circle.

Holy shit, that looks good.

Give it a try.

Normally on Sundays we do biscuits, gravy, eggs and bacon with sausage occasionally and this was a nice twist on it.

Wife said it was easy to make.

Back to no carbs Tuesday.

Cabbage smothered with andouille

Black eyed peas with tasso and rice...

Bloody Mary's
Mimosas for the ladies...

Close to the same. The mens had bloody marys and the ladies had mimosas to start the day. We had pork tenderloin, collard greens, black eye peas, cornbread, and leftover perlo from yesterday.

I started last January 4th. Down 115 pounds (from 304 to 189).

Told the wife I needed a divorce - from her eating habits.

It worked.

I've been counting calories for little over a year, lost 50lbs and then froze. I need to lose about another 50, so giving this a try.

I've only been doing it a few weeks before Christmas, but I was losing pretty steadily.

It's pretty fucking hard to do. I eat bacon and eggs for breakfast every day - that part I can handle and do even when I'm not on a diet. It's the need for quick meals especially during the day that's killing me.

I made 17 links of andouille this morning. Never had it but sounded good. Isn't have any insta cure, so I didn't smoke it yet, just froze. Hope it turns out all right.

As for today, I ate some leftover barbacoa elk with sour cream, guacamole and spinach. Pretty spicy, but good.
