A lot can yet happen between now and say Independence Day.

I have been saying he is gone since Parker and Ginobli made those comments.

Agree. I'm not holding my breath on any of this. The Lakers seem to be the "hot" destination as far as the media...but all kinds of things can happen and this FA class really only has 2 guys that the Lakers should be looking at giving more than a 1 year deal to. Next years FA class should be deeper.

I will say though, I feel whooole lot better about Magic and Pelinka doing the negotiating than Short Buss.
