Wow! I went back and read through some of these post before the All Star break. Things have sure changed in the last two weeks. I don't think anyone saw the reds falling apart this bad.

Ludwick, Shumaker, Negron, Hannahan, Heisey, Santiago aren't names you expect to beat many MLB teams with. Any might help you as a pinch hitter or fill in doubleheader replacement, once in a blue moon...but everyday spells loser. This team is a double-A offense without Votto, Bruce, Phillips,Hamilton, Frazier, Mesoraco, ALL playing well, AND two more guys, of which no more than ONE of the above scrubs can be included...if you want to win, you also need Cueto, Chapman, Latos, Broxton, Bailey, Simon, Leake and about 5 others that have ERA's under 4.00...for the post season, it's the price of admission.
