Why, he gets 7 million a season to hold the clipboard, nobody will ever be able to evaluate him as a QB, so he can continue to make good money being a back up.

Eh, I doubt he's that uncompetitive. Certainly a nice gig to not get thrown like a ragdoll and get paid millions of dollars. Having a guy go from inactive to jumping ahead of you probably isn't the greatest feeling. I wouldn't be happy about it if I were him, anyways.

I'm just saying now there's no chance of him getting exposed(because I don't think anybody will succeed with what the Eagles have around the QB), so he can continue to make the most money as a back up, and do that for another 7/8 years or so.

lots of truth here but Daniels comes from money. I'm sure he actually wanted to play and was a big reason for selecting philly
